Whenever I meet a new customer, I always take the time to understand their major concerns and goals for the project. In the context of carpet cleaning, this would include walking through a home and allowing the customer to point out problem spots or odors. With a bathroom remodel, this would look more like a complimentary design consultation and planning session.
