- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Diagnostics on all equipment brought to perk-it and we only charge once the job is complete. We offer flat rate pricing on all fixes that allow me to do work on my own time such as hardware replacement/repair or software reinstalls, etc. We charge hourly for on-call jobs such as network troubleshooting, systems administration, Wifi or internet issues, and other onsite related calls.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
#1 A brief response on what we can do to help. #2 A quick discussion on the phone if possible in order to fully understand the customer's needs as to not waste any of their time. #3 An appointment to diagnose or fix the issue. #4 Payment after the job is complete and the customer is happy. #5 Follow up info in case customer has any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College Degree, Cisco, Microsoft and COMPTIA certifications. 2+ years of experience in companies for networking and 6+ years for computers. 8+ and 12+ personally.
