- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is all depending on the amount the of things I have to do but I always go and take a look first, but I can tell you that I'm really fair with the pricing and I have the best price on town
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come and talk to my customer and explain how we are going to make the job or if the have an idea either way I always try to do my best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing this job on my own for seven years on lawn care. Also I really like my job. Besides I have great experience on lawn mowing, trimming, mulching, edging, leaf removal, ect. My priority is to make sure that my client is satisfied with my work.
