FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in keeping things transparent and fair. Our prices are competitive for the high-quality work we deliver, but we also know that home improvement projects can sometimes put a strain on the wallet. Here's how we can work together to make things more manageable: 1. Financing options: We offer no-interest, deferred-interest, and low-interest loans to help you spread out payments (subject to credit approval). 2. Creative solutions: Tell us your budget, and we'll brainstorm alternative options that deliver the results you want without breaking the bank. 3. Rewards for referrals: Have friends or neighbors who need work done? Send them our way! For every lead that books an appointment, you'll receive a $25 gift card to a store of your choice. It's a win-win! We're all about making your experience stress-free, so we don't have any surprise fees—just the standard processing fee if you choose to pay by credit card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know you and your project a bit! Whether you prefer a chat on the phone, a quick text, or an email exchange, we'll start by gathering some basic details: how you found us, what you need done, your timeline, and your budget (if you have one in mind). Next, we'll schedule a free, no-obligation visit to take a closer look at your project. We can usually turn around an estimate within a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the complexity of the job. Once you're happy with the estimate, we'll get some paperwork signed and collect a 50% deposit. Then, we'll get you on our schedule—typically within 2-3 weeks. Our friendly project manager will take the reins from there, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. And when the job is done, our estimator will wrap up any final details and send you the final invoice. Keep in mind, the process might vary slightly for different types of projects, especially insurance claims. But no matter what, we're here to make the experience easy and enjoyable for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between us, we've accumulated decades of hands-on experience in general contracting and every trade we offer. We've tackled projects of all sizes and complexities, working with thousands of homeowners and hundreds of insurance agents, insurance companies and real estate agents. In other words, we've seen it all, and we've learned a thing or two along the way! You can trust us to bring a wealth of knowledge and a practical, problem-solving approach to your project.
