Khija B. says, "We have had plumbing issues for the last 15 years, causing us to snake the main clean out every 6 months or so until our pipes started gurgling again. Of course, these issues happen on holidays or weekends. I called numerous big name companies on Saturday afternoon and nobody had availability until Monday. We could not wait that long. I decided to search Local Plumber’s on Nextdoor and Reed’s popped up. I sent a message and received an immediate response. Josh and Jake came to our house within 2 hours of first communication. They ran a camera down the clean out and showed my husband and I what we were dealing with. MASSIVE TREE ROOTS THAT FILLED THE MAIN SEWER LINE. They had utility locators at our house early Sunday morning, then showed up to start digging out part of the main sewer line. The things that were pulled out were shocking and no idea how we have gotten by for as long as we did. From start to finish, they explained everything they were doing and cleaned up the mess as if they were not here. If you are looking for a well priced, punctual plumber, give these guys a call! Highly recommend! We have already begun talks of other plumbing projects we are planning to do with them!"See more

We had a kitchen sink installed. When getting the sink out of the packaging, we found the sink had a corner broken off. They waited for me to run to the hardware store, return and get a new sink. It looks great.

Reasonable plumbing was amazing! They installed two new sinks for me and even picked them up from Menards for me. Both sinks have been installed for about 6 months and have not had any issues with them at all. They were kind, friendly and true to their word on their price estimate. If you need a plumber you can’t go wrong with them.

Immanuel and his partner did an excellent job on the removal of my double bowl kitchen sink, replacing it with a large single bowl sink. This required cutting my granite countertop to enlarge the opening of the older sink. This required PRECISION measurements and finese in workmanship. These 2 professionals are careful in all that they do. They were also personable and communicative throughout the process. They also have all the proper and professional grade tools to perform the work to the customers requirements. They get right to work and it’s clear they know what they are doing! It is “ one stop shopping” with them; Precision granite cutting, removal of the old, and installation of the new sink back to working conditions. I would rehire them without a second thought! NOTE: granite cutting is a very dusty job! I built the enclosed frame” w/i the work area to help contain the dust the night before. I would highly recommend doing this.

We hired Catamount to install two faucets and hook up in a new double vanity. Upon arrival my husband explained the problem we were having with the p trap falling below the wall output. We gave Hubert all of the pieces that we know didn’t work and he explained what pieces we would need (which is why we hired him!) He ended up charging us over $100 to hook up two water lines. I would consider this a waste of money. We still don’t have functioning sinks which was the sole purpose of the job. Considering the quote included labor plus materials, I was expecting the provider to get the items needed to complete the job, not charge us over $100 only for us to have to hire someone else to finish the job.
