Introduction: I am a highly motivated tennis coach and Personal Trainer with 15 years of career experience in group and private for all age ranges. I demonstrate expertise in strategic lesson design, personal nutrition and fitness education, and corrective techniques. I possess refined problem-solving and communication skills.
Every session incorporates the importance and display of proper footwork, court coverage, shot selection, and player strategies. Body motion, balanced swings, and patient on-court presence will be taught as well. Different styles of play as well as varying philosophies will be introduced.
For USTA players I design sessions to raise your USTA rating by at least one full point. My ultimate goal is to help you become an advanced tennis player, 4 level and higher. You may choose 1-4 days a week, but the old adage definitely rings true here: "The more the merrier!"
