* Vendor references based on budget guidelines
* Budget plan
* Wedding planning timeline for retaining vendor services
* Outline of wedding day timeline
* Master to-do list
* Full-Service Wedding Planning Package: This service is for those couples who wish to work with a professional who will help them through every step of the way. Accolade provides you with professionalism, insight and knowledge to get the job done. No two weddings are alike, so every full-service wedding is personalized for every couple. While we can offer the most benefits if we work from the very start to assist in developing the budget, securing vendors, and negotiating contracts, we are also able to come in at any point along the way.
* Tie-It-All-Together Package: This service starts 3 months prior to the wedding.
This package includes the following:
* Information-gathering meeting to gain all the details already planned
* Contract review
* Wedding day timeline review
* Final meeting at reception facility
* Final confirmation calls to all vendors
* Meeting with bride and groom to review all details prior to the wedding
* Wedding day: on site up to 8 hours
* Attend rehearsal will run if needed
* Wedding Weekend Package: You have built it all together and relished doing it all. Now, you desire to relinquish the reigns and allow the professional to take over during the day of the wedding, leaving you and your family free to celebrate the day, knowing somebody else is going to handle all the details.
Hourly service is also available to assist with décor design, flowers, linens and invitations.
