Introduction: My private yoga sessions provide a gentle, compassionate space. I have a soft, light hearted approach to everything I offer. My yoga therapy background offers a unique healing angle to my yoga expertise, allowing you to receive specialized guidance tailored to the needs of your body and life situation. I am also trained in Ayurveda and holistic life coaching as well as mindfulness and meditation, so I can offer lifestyle advice ranging from healthy eating tips to how to deepen your spiritual practice, all from the perspective of your unique dosha (elemental body type) according to Indian tradition and informed by my years of experience in holistic consulting. Additionally I enjoy sharing my knowledge of and passion for the mystical when given the chance. While not all clients are interested in going this deep, we can also explore Reiki and energy healing, guided visualizations, shamanic dreamwork, and oracle cards. These services blend together into my Divine Feminine Spiritual Empowerment coaching practice.
I love connecting with people and seeing them progress into feeling better and more empowered. I love being able to "prescribe" yoga in a therapeutic practice tailored uniquely to an individual based on his or her needs. Some conditions I have helped using yoga therapy include back pain, digestive disorders, anxiety and depression. Nearly any ailment can find relief using yoga!
Of course, yoga is only part of what makes a healthy holistic lifestyle. Yoga therapy does address this by making some lifestyle suggestions, but we can go much deeper in a targeted holistic coaching session. After working as an organic supplement and wellness sales associate for several years and traveling in India to study yoga and Ayurveda, I am able to combine my knowledge of holistic wellness with yogic philosophy and expertise for a much deeper transformational experience.
