Constantly. It is my responsibility to know everything from Travel advisories to new product launches, rules and restrictions for travelers as well as global issues that may impact them.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have longevity and are licensed to sell travel.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I am commission based. As such I don't get paid unless my clients are happy and coming back!!!! That a huge motivator to making sure you get things right the first time!
