I was easily able to meet, and subsequently schedule dates for training, his pricing is very reasonable, and he is always early for our sessions. Keith has an excellent knowledge not only with training/exercise, but diet as well. Keith is always open to answer questions I may have regarding diet or exercise, and promptly responds to any communication via email or text.
