Introduction: I am a personal training who works out of our home garage. I work with women of all ages and fitness goals. There are two golden retriever helpers that motivate along the way. I have been in the fitness industry long enough to know that I was not getting paid my worth. Hence the reason I started training people from my home. I make training affordable by allowing you to have say in what you pay. I don’t want you to break the bank to be healthy. My focus is strength and core stability. I offer small group training with 1-2 other ladies. Sessions are 30-45 mins. I also have a Saturday morning class during the nicer weather months that is more circuit style. I have worked with a few personal trainers before and Abbie is definitely one of the best. Her training sessions are planned out well and are really targeted and challenging. I always feel like I learn something new. She is always able to recommend exercises to target specific muscles. She is also able to offer alternative exercises to accommodate physical limitations. Her enthusiasm for her work is motivating and I already feel stronger after only a month of working with her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want pricing to be affordable and reasonable. If you are on super tight budget, I am happy to come up with a plan and session rate that works for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First time clients get a Free consult to discuss what they are working towards etc. Within consult, we agree on a price per session that they feel comfortable paying. Ideally, we schedule 6 weeks of sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Purdue with an exercise and health degree where I become personal trainer certified through ACE. After a handful of years, I re-certified with ASCM. I am also a certified coach with Orangetheory Fitness.
