Rob was great. Reframed a wall opening for me and installed a new insulated attic access door. Fair price, quality work. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

Rob is our property manager.... best we ever had! (and we had plenty of them---some actually ripped us off) Rob is very fair and goes out of his way to our satisfaction, everything from getting us a great credit/background-approved tenant to very fair-priced repairs, cleaning, prepping, and painting. Very happy with him.

Rob was so great to work with. Very thorough in his work and quick to respond. He was able to come out to do a free estimate and then emailed a very detailed estimate for the job. He replaced our toilet plumbing, subfloor, and installed our new toilet. He did such a great job and even offered to help with other tasks at our home while he was there. We already are lining up our next job for Rob to help us with. Would highly recommend!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to do what’s most convenient for the customer, so phone consultations are available and some quotes can be done through sharing photos. But typically, I will set up an appointment to visit the project site after receiving all the information provided by the customer. Then, after gathering information, I will provide a quote promptly.
