Latest Review: I went to John after a few injuries looking to get stronger in my 3 main lifts; squat, bench, deadlift. He put together a simple, yet challenging program to correct my imbalances, build my weaknesses, and reach my platform goals. I felt the program was personalized for me and my abilities to grow as an athlete.
He is very knowledgeable and aware of the mechanics needed for each lift with a willingness to try new training techniques.
He also keeps track of reps, calculates the weight on the bar correctly, and always catches the barbell when I fail. (Thank you)
