I hired A Planned Affair for to be my Day Of coordinator for my wedding. Kai was more than a Day Of.. she helped out so much. She reminded me and gave me a list of things to do that I hadn't even thought about. So the Day Of OMG Kai ran so much getting things that the wedding party needed and she even assisted the decorators if they needed help. The wedding was sooooo busy there's no way possible I could have kept up!! Kai kept everything on track and in order!!! She made sure the vendors had their final payments. Had I known trying to planned every detail of a wedding would have been so stressful I would have hired Kai to do everything. If you don't want any stress and want a perfectly planned event hire Kai for the FULL coordination but if you have a good stress level hire Kai for the Day Of and sit back and let Kai handled the rest.... TRUST ME you will NOT be disappointed!!

When you hire Gina she is completely committed to your whole party experience. Not only is she a Balloon Artist she assist with the party planning and event coordination. Gina also is willing to help decorate and create your centerpieces and other things that you need assistance with. She is very accommodating, kind, sweet and understanding.
