"Chad is a very knowledgable and experienced trainer. I have come a long way with him as my trainer. I started body building when I was around 20 some years old. I started because a guy I was dating beat me up so badly that I decided to body build and get stronger so I could defend myself. Chad has taken me to a level I have never been. I have definition and more strength in my time of doing this than I have ever been before. I am very happy as this has changed my total life to a positive direction. Chad is knowledgeable in all areas of fitness, health, diet, and bodybuilding. I encourage anyone that truly wants to get in shape and feel better to train with him. "

"Love this place. Andrew is the man! I've been to lots of gyms over the years, and he has been the best trainer! I can't say enough good things about him. I hate working out and usually end up quitting because it gets boring or I just lose motivation. Andrew keeps it interesting and makes me want to come back every week. Dare I say he makes working out FUN?! Every session is different so you don't get bored doing the same thing over and over like with some trainers. He's very personable and talks to you the whole time which makes the sessions fly by. All of the exercises are challenging, making you actually work hard unlike some trainers who I feel like never pushed me to challenge myself. He's constantly motivating me when some times I feel like jello and just want to give up. He's very easy to talk to so it's not weird or awkward having someone train you one on one which was my biggest fear. It's a very laid back environment with him but he makes sure you're working hard while you're there at the same time. Beyond just working out, he's taught me a lot about diet and nutrition as well. The gym itself is very clean and organized. He actually cares about his clients which is a lot more than I can say for some other trainers. I highly recommend checking him out, you won't regret it!"

" I went to a personal trainer to improve my bone density. The Dr. wanted me to go on medication for osteopenia but I didn’t want to do that. So I started lifting weights. In the past whenever I tried to lift weights on my own I would hurt myself. I thought I’d try a personal trainer. Bob is my savior. I have been able to stay off medication and my bone density has remained stable. Bob knows just how much to push me for the best results without injury. This past summer I broke my ankle while hiking and he was still able to work around that injury and continue with my workouts. Bob always varies the workout and finds a way to make working out fun. "

"I’ve been training with Josh for almost 4 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. Josh is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. – He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. – He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working with Josh and would recommend anyone looking to improve their fitness to sign up !"

"I like him as a trainer because he stays focused on you while training. I have had other trainers who are mire interested in others in the gym than training me. Also, he doesn't put me on a machine and walk away, he's active with each exercise. His training is always different, it is never cookie cutter, the same exercise all of the time."

"My weight loss journey has not been easy. I struggled with self doubt and I was mentally weak. Danielle was kind of "forced" into my life. I was introduced to this radiant beast by a friend. Up until that point I would see her & go in the other direction. She was intimidating to a "gym newbie" such as myself. I thought, I could never keep up with that lady. Little did I know she knew better. With love, support, and guidance, she changed my Life in a few short months. That doubtful, unsure, unhealthy me turned into a force to be reckoned with. I am far from where I want to be but I am even further than where I was. Danielle never doubted my abilities & she sure didn't let my weight be an excuse NOT to keep up with her! "" I was extremely intimidated by the whole "gym" idea. I knew nothing about how to work the machines, let alone what exercises to do (how often and how many), etc. This kept me out of the gym for years. After finally getting enough courage to go in and actually start a membership, I knew right away that the ONLY way I would actually get use out of the membership would be if I was seeing a trainer. I needed a reason to force myself to go every day. In my time training with Ben, I have become a lot more comfortable with the gym environment, as well as with myself. I am beginning to feel good about myself which is definitely a first in my life. I feel comfortable knowing that when I come in, he has taken the time to plan a workout that is best for me, as well as being there to make sure that I am doing everything correctly. Achieving the best possible results makes everything worth it. If I was working out alone, there would be a lot of stuff I never try, not knowing what to do or not to do. Ben is always available when I have questions about something or when I am wondering why I am doing something a specific way. He always pushes me, usually way harder than I would push myself (Obviously it must work because I am still going and that last rep didn't kill me). He is actually interested in his clients reaching their goals. When he is working with you, he is 100% focused on what you are doing. If I were entering the gym on my own, I would never have worked on my arms because I only wanted to work on my stomach. Ironically, my arms are what I get the most compliments about now. I have learned that you can't focus on just one part of your body and progress evenly. I consider myself lucky to go through this experience. I have seen many people who went through negative experiences with trainers. They never come back to the gym. For me, training has only been beneficial.
