George from "Midwest Mambo" has been a pleasure to work with. He has been teaching various students for a few years now at the University of Indianapolis for the Student Organization of Latinos. We call our event "Dancing with SOL" and it has been one of our most popular events. He makes the classes fun and very easy to learn. These classes are beneficial for people who have been dancing their whole life or people who have never danced at all. The picture attached is at our last dancing class we had, and is definitely a stand-out event from all of the other events we plan. I would highly recommend to take a dance class from Midwest Mambo.

My passions are dancing and cheering. I've been dancing since 1st grade and I have been cheering since 3rd grade. After I graduate from high school, I became a cheer coach (Dance and Cheer is Life) and I am still currently the cheer coach. When I'm on stage or on the track/court, I lose myself and I love seeing others who share the same passion as mine. I feel great and amazing!
Plain and simple Im not like your typical choreographer. I solely enjoy what I do and I show how dance is truly my passion. I use a combination of ballet, Pilates, yoga and jazz dance to stretch and tone bodies. I work with people who have no dance experience and trained dancers. This method of exercise is gentle but challenging and is perfect for strength training and weight loss. My methods of teaching are positive, clear and easy to follow.
I teach the dance style popping, hip-hop, sliding, gliding, floating, and Urban Ballet. I also give piano lessons from beginner to intermediate and advanced. I teach how to play with sheet music and by ear.
I study, teach and choreograph dance that is centered around the empowerment of women and addressing women's issues. The styles I specialize on are modern technique and pole technique, but I also utilize modern dance choreography and improvisational principles. My modern work takes on a post-modern flare and teaches expression through all different artistic mediums while centering on the use of movement to convey messages. My pole dance work, however, aims to empower women and men through strength and grace, allowing you to feel physically powerful, but also beautiful in your body and form. My work encourages women to get in touch with and not be afraid of their bodies so that we can embrace ourselves and feel confident as strong, beautiful, and powerful women.
I think the reason I stand out above other qualified candidates is that my passion for students is evident every single day. I choose to involve myself in activities where I am constantly teaching students, whether it is with my full-time job, teaching musical theater at Christian Youth Theatre, or nannying children over the summer, I love kids and have a gift with them.
