I build "Reading Powerhouses," not just memorizers. If you struggle with reading, I won’t just give you a list of words to memorize—that’s a "fast-food" fix. I’m a heavy phonics coach. I teach you the actual "code" of the English language. I want you to be so confident in your foundational skills that when you see a massive word like "congratulations," you don't panic; you just decode it, syllable by glorious syllable. 3. I’ve walked the walk. I’m not just a teacher with fancy degrees; I’m a Learning Coach in the trenches every day. I successfully guide my own 9-year-old through his K-12 curriculum from kindergarten to his present 4th grade, right here in my dedicated home classroom.
