Hi! I’m Kristina — an airline pilot, elite CrossFit athlete, swim instructor, NASM-certified personal trainer, and online performance coach with over 13 years of experience helping both adults and kids build confidence, improve fitness, and perform at their best.
Before becoming an airline pilot, I actually used my swim coaching business to fund my entire flight training from 2016–2019. Coaching has always been a huge part of my life, and today I combine my background in swimming, athletics, fitness, and performance training to help clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident both in and out of the water.
My coaching style is encouraging, energetic, detail-oriented, and personalized. I believe every client learns differently, and I focus on creating a supportive environment that helps people improve safely and sustainably — whether they’re learning basic water confidence, refining swim technique, building endurance, improving athletic performance, or starting a new fitness journey.
