She focuses on changing patterns fast, not slowly unpacking things for months. There was a strong emphasis on mindset shifts, but it was always tied to action. I was not just talking about goals, I was pushed to move on immediately. There was a clear framework behind everything. You could tell there was a system being followed, not random advice. One thing that stood out was how quickly limiting beliefs were challenged. There was no room to sit in excuses. If something did not make sense or sounded like avoidance, it got addressed right away.
