Working with her gave me the space and capacity to face my traumas, learn how to regulate myself and stay present within my relationships. All things of which I thought I was doing well on my own, but when reality hit, I was shown I was not as healed or capable as I thought I was. During some of our sessions, she helped me bring out and face some strong emotions that I was afraid at the at the time to accept for what it they were and who/what my emotions were connected to. Having already finished working with Breathe Intuit LLC, I am still continuing to apply what I've learned and going as far as to finally have some difficult conversations in my life with people that needed happen that were years in waiting. Sue Rushford says, "What is most refreshing is Elizabeth's approach, which focuses on the positive goals and visions rather than on the stumbling blocks. When you become clear about your vision, previously insurmountable blockages suddenly become navigable. The goal is to de-hoard so that I can move by the end of this year. I was so overwhelmed with the project of clearing out wardrobes upon wardrobes of clothes that are likely never going to fit me again, but I now have a weekly appointment with my best friend who is acting as my "accountability partner," and suddenly, just being able to hold things up and tell the story of each piece of clothing first is allowing me to let go of it if it is not serving a purpose in my current life. Really taking the time to complete the intake questionnaires helped bring clarity to be able to identify specific goals and milestones myself that were only abstractions prior to doing the work to get them on paper and work through them with Elizabeth. Elizabeth offers the expertise of a traditional credentialed therapeutic background with the positivity and cutting edge approaches of life coaching.
