Elin designed a creative program to help my 9 year old son prepare for his martial arts tournaments. My son definitely made improvements in his strength, agility and stamina. Elin was also able to fine tune his kicking and blocking skills since he has experience in various self defense/fighting skills. Elin is quick to respond to emails/text/calls and has tremendous knowledge in the art of exercise, bodybuilding and nutrition. I highly recommend Elin and his team for anyone looking for a professional personal trainer.
Gaurav is a patient and knowledgable yoga instructor. I am a beginner and he has been intuitive in understanding my struggles and recognizing how to help me move forward in the discipline. He has been very accommodating to come to my residence for the sessions. I am also participating in his nutritional guidance which is complementary to the yoga training.
If I could give her 6 stars I would! I am a tennis teaching professional and my job is very physical. During the last few years I had been experiencing injury after injury which was taking all the enjoyment out of my work. Corey is actually one of my students and she encouraged me to try Yoga with her. I was skeptical at first and thought Yoga was for "other people ". I could not have been more wrong! After one session with Corey I could tell this is exactly what I needed. I have been working with Corey for the last 6 months and I feel 20 years younger! Corey is not only a fantastic Yogini. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in many schools of physical fitness. Like Pilates, Cross Fit, TRX?? She knows it all. Incredibly, her expertise does not stop there. Corey is also a walking repository of nutritional information. Going to Corey is a great value, she just knows so much and is so willing to help! In conclusion, the other thing I like and admire about Corey is that she practices what she preaches. She is in great shape and an athlete herself. As an athlete, that's important to me. True definition of a trainer!!!! I decided to do the online training program. The trainer app she uses is the best. Coach Gee is always available to answer questions, no matter how big or small. The dedication she has to her clients is very evident. Thanks to her vast knowledge of nutrition, I am more aware of my ability to become a healthier me. One of the best investments in myself I have ever made!
