The first appointment the cleaners were over 3 hours late. I rescheduled for the next day. The cleaning was average. Cleaners not clean behind the refrigerator and did not mope the kitchen or bathroom floor. I don't think I will use this service again. Charged an extra $25 to clean the shelves in the refrigerator, not a good value at all.

So allow me to be clear. I believe that I hired a cleaning crew who specializes in cleaning properties that have been moved out of. Simply because for 253 dollars I got my kitchen and bathroom cleaned and a vacuum run and roughly two hours of work. Perhaps I am mistaken and should have hired a maid service or actual houskeeper

D&A cleaning services was great. They helped clean our home before moving in. It was really dusty and dirty due to renovations. They did a walk through before and after to make sure we were happy. They were very thorough with the kitchen, bathroom, and floors. Windows were spotless. They wiped down the light fixtures and really helped remove paint and grime from the floors. They were really careful with our wood floors as well. I will be using them again!

Neia and her crew did an excellent job at my house. They took their time and cleaned every room thoroughly. My boyfriend’s room needed some serious attention and they delivered, it felt transformed. My favorite part was how fresh and clean the kitchen floors and appliances felt. Since the house was so clean I then had time to focus on a personal project of mine; decluttering. It’s something I’ve been meaning to do but have never gotten a chance to since I was more worried about cleaning than decluttering, now I feel like I have the time and space to do that. We have scheduled Neia to come on a regular basis. A cleaning service is truly the best gift you can give yourself for some peace of mind, highly recommend!

I had high hopes for the cleaning services, but found it hard to leave a raving review. Although friendly and quick to respond, the quality of service was lack luster. Arrival time was for 6:00 p.m. but ended up being after 6:30 p.m., the baseboards appeared to be untouched though that was an area I was told would be of focus, the back part of my living room had a lot of dust and debris on the floor and shoved into the corners, along with some areas in my kitchen and dining room, the pendent lights over the kitchen island and dining room table were not wiped down, and the toilet paper holder had been broken and left hanging on the wall in my upstairs bathroom with no mention of it to me; I just had to find it for myself. For a job that took 4 hours and cost me $125, I expected more.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best cleaners I will ever have — and it was my first time hiring anyone (lol) This was my first time hiring a cleaning service, and I was honestly nervous due to all the horror stories online. But from the moment these two showed up (on incredibly short notice, might I add), I knew I got lucky. I didn’t just get a good experience. I got the experience. I have no doubt I found the best cleaners out there. They worked for four straight hours in my large home (3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and a closed patio) under a heat advisory and didn’t stop once unless I asked them to (to have a snack and water bc I was worried, lol. So hot.) They did everything you’d expect (while smiling) — mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting — but they went so beyond that, I just keep noticing more every time I walk through the house. • Shined my bar stool chairs • Got old stains out of my velvet couch that I thought were permanent • Made the bed beautifully • Cleaned under my couch cushions, dusted my bookshelves, and light fixtures • Shampooed every carpet and got out multiple cat vomit stains (that I couldn’t get out for months) • Removed pet fur from everything — including under the couch cushions • Cleaned the windows, the window frames, and even the tracks • Wiped down baseboards, light switches, and door handles • Cleaned my microwave and toaster oven inside and out • Brought their own trash bags • Left my bathroom absolutely sparkling — tub, sink, everything spotless • Treated my home like it was their own — and left everything somehow even neater than I had it And most impressively they noticed and cleaned things I hadn’t even realized were dirty. Things I forgot existed. - I could go on - I have two cats — one with a thick undercoat (sheds profusely), and a Maine Coon-esque— and yet somehow my place looked like no animal had ever lived here. One of my cats is extremely shy, and I heard baby talk from upstairs… One of the cleaners was holding him. He barely lets me pick him up. I could not believe it. Great sign. Total pros, and genuinely good humans. They were joyful, detail-oriented, respectful of my space, and treated my home like their own. If you’re on the fence, don’t be.
