Hello and thank you for stopping by to learn a little more about me! I am a small catering company with a comfort zone of 50 people or less. I am a personal chef as well and work closely with my clients each week to meet their dietary needs! My food is simple but elegant! Together we will create menus that speak to who you are! For event catering, my prices are reasonable and include food delivery, set-up, clean-up, serving dishes & trays, utensils and white linens. Depending on your budget, plates, flatware and glasses can be included in per person cost. I charge a flat fee of $100.00 for a tasting and will apply this cost to the contract should you choose It's Just Good Food as your caterer! If not, the fee is donated to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for blood cancer research and treatment. I'd like to offer a bit of good advise! When choosing your entrée, whatever meats you choose (if more than one is being offered); include in your invitations to your guests the option to choose which meat they would like. This will also give you the opportunity to find out how many vegetarians you will have and any food allergies that the caterer will need to know about! This is a wonderful time for you, your family and friends! There are so many things to think and learn about while planning your event! Here are a couple of questions to keep in mind while searching for your caterer: 1. Will the caterer cut the cake for your guests after you and your significant other have had your ceremonial slices? This may seem like a strange question however, it can become an unhappy issue if no one has thought about the cake cutting until it's time to cute the cake! Your caterer can help you identify the appropriate individual if they do not cut the cake. 2. Does the caterer provide plates and forks for the cake? This is important because your caterer has nothing to do with your wedding cake or the delivery. It needs to be addressed at the onset of conversation. 3. Ask your cake baker to provide a box for your cake top. It's amazing how many cake bakers forget to bring the cake top box!! 4. Servers and bartenders fall under separate costs, what is the caterers cost and is it based on a per hour/server/bartender or is it a flat fee? 5. Make sure you and your caterer have an understanding about your menu. If a food item needs to be changed due to availability, the caterer will do their absolute best to have an appropriate replacement. Trust your caterer!!
