I hired Michelle Chika as my day-of coordinator, and she brought such a positive, calming energy to our wedding day. She was incredibly attentive, kept me on schedule, and added thoughtful touches throughout the day—one of my favorites was the sweet candid photo she captured of our ceremony crowd. Weddings always come with little hiccups and unexpected moments, but she stayed present and helpful whenever I needed something. I really appreciated that she didn’t disappear at any point and was always easy to find. She handled the details I gave her well, and looking back I realize I could have provided a bit more direction to support her even further—so truly, she worked with what she had and did it with such a good attitude. Even with small logistical things that came up (as they always do!), everything turned out beautifully, and I was very happy with how the event flowed overall. I would absolutely hire her again for another event. She was warm, wonderful to work with, and genuinely helpful throughout the day.

We are so grateful for Chika! On the day of the event, she was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by bringing extra staff to assist. Their support really helped speed things up and made sure everything came together smoothly. They followed instructions perfectly and made the whole process so much easier. I’d definitely recommend her services for any event!
