Every demand was nonsense, every approval was a struggle, every step required extra justification, and the delays they caused could have easily derailed the project. ICM didnt just manage the constructionthey managed the landlord, too. Fred and his team adapted, rescheduling subcontractors 24/7 to ensure we stayed on schedule. Despite all the interference, ICM delivered on time and exceeded expectations. Their ability to navigate difficult personalities and high-pressure situations was nothing short of extraordinary.3- Financial Hurdles & Payment DelaysDue to complications with my loan, I was unable to pay ICM for over two months.
