I have hired mr. Gennaro to work at my house with different projects including gardening.painting, garage cleaning, deck repair and pressure washing etc.. He is very dedicated to his work punctual flexible and organized his prices are very competitive very reliable and to every problem I've had in the past I called him to help me fix all kind of little fixes around the house I had recommended him to my frieds as well.
Nadia is super friendly, nice, and responsive. The apartment was left sparkling! She also accommodated cleaning some hard-to-get areas around our fridge. However, (and to her credit, she did warn us about this), the cleaners smelled a bit harsh and chemical-y. Would be great if we could get similar results with perhaps slightly more mild-smelling and natural cleaners. I will request this next time to see if it's a possibility. Overall, would definitely hire Nadia again.
My review is overdue as we had the work completed a few weeks ago but wanted to leave high marks for the EBRR team. Our office needed redesigning and installation of new drywall as well as mold treatment from the water damage. Everything went on time and smoothly. First, Ed came to assess the property and then sent me a proposal for the work to be completed. The scheduling was "sort of easy" to work with, when you want o hire reputable companies expect them to be busy and have a timeframe of 1-2 weeks. The team manager, Luis had the men arrive early every day, clean and professional (the cleaned up after them selves every day)! It was a pleasure working with EBRR Property Cleanup on this project and Ed, please tell Luis that he was a blessing to work with!
They sent 2 cleaners to my apartment yesterday and I was really impressed with how fast those two cleaners were, they cleaned my whole apartment in less than 1 hour and guess what ! My apartment was looking and smelling good, everything was shining and clean! Fast and well done , I’m definitely gonna work with them again
I had a gas fireplace installed two years ago. Another contractor did the basic frame and sheetrock around the fireplace but didn't finish the job. Jenrri met with me in person to assessed the job and give a quote for the work. Jenrri was pleasant and professional and my two Westies both liked him. If they didn't like him I wouldn't have hired him. He said the front area around the firebox would need to have the sheetrock replaced with cement board. I was glad he knew this because not having the right materials could be a fire hazard. After meeting with him. I decided to hire him and planned for him to come Feb. 16-19, 2016 to do this job. He did this job with another worker named Melby. Jenrri and I had to buy materials from the store the first day, but Melby stayed and started working. He removed the sheetrock and also cut boards for the shiplap look I wanted on the upper front and sides of the fireplace. Jenrri and Melby completed cutting and installing about half of the boards the first day. They laid tile on the hearth and around the firebox. I had picked large tiles for the hearth and small tiles to go around the firebox. The small tiles took more time to cut and install. Some of the tile around the firebox doesn't lay completely flat because of the screws for the cement board and because the framing around the firebox wasn't level. If I had to pick again I would have picked larger tiles to go around the firebox. They would have been easier to install and wouldn't have shown that the firebox wasn't completely level. After the tile and boards were installed they painted all the boards and the two walls on each side of the fireplace. Then installed the mantle and touched up the painting. They did a very nice job cleaning up when the work was done and even put furniture and a rug back in place. They also completed the job on time. I am happy with my finished fireplace. It looks beautiful. Both Jenrri and Melby work hard and do a good job. Maybe if Jenrri did the whole project instead of finishing someone else's work it would have been perfect. I would hire him again and I would recommend him to others.
I hired Carlos and team after I had a pipe break in the basement wall, leading my wall-to-wall carpet to get soaked with water. I was impressed with Carlos' responsiveness and professionalism throughout the entire process from beginning to end. It worked also quite well in the trilateral interactions between Carlos, my home insurance officer, and me. After they were all done (in fact, even while they were doing the last stages of work) I did notice an unpleasant odour that was never there before the water damage. I contacted Carlos about it, and he gave me a list of recommendations what I should try and do. I was not excited about the bad odour, making it hard for me to spend more than a few mins downstairs, leave alone using the space for guests staying over as I used to in the past. But I did appreciate that Carlos continued to try to advice me on it. Eventually, ever so slowly, the odour reduced by much (though never completely disappeared, and I still don't feel comfortable having people sleep there. But it's improvement, thanks to Carlos advice on steps to take. Carlos was also really responsive when I brought up another (more minor because easily fixable) issue of a wardrobe which came aparat in the back. Both his team and subsequently wall painters had moved furniture around. Unlike the painter, Carlos even volunteered to come and take a look at it and if it's easy to do, to fix it. I appreciated this gesture (I ultimately didn't ask him to come, as I plan to deal with it via a handyman who can come on weekends, while Carlos only works weekdays). Overall, very good experience with Carlos and his crew!
Starcleaning exceeded our expectations for cleaning the windows of our large house. They cleaned the windows, screens and window tracks. Some of the windows had a UV film that required care so as not to rip the plastic. The windows look terrific! The crew were polite and very respectful of our property, leaving no mess or damage for us to deal with. They had to reschedule once because of weather, but called the night before to set a new date. They arrived on time then, worked steadily, and finished the job in a little over 4 hours, their original estimate. We plan to hire them again for other house projects.
Extremely responsive via thumbtack. Gave a window of time 9-12, emailed me in the morning saying 11:35, showed up at 11:40. So flexible with my schedule (made appointment less than 24 hours before). On the cheaper end for pricing and did a much better job than many cleaners I have had in the past. Did a wonderful job, worth every penny! Both women were extremely kind and worked so hard as well as fast. Unlike many cleaners they did not just superficially clean, they deep clean/dust/ect. I will def be hiring them again.
After Christmas dinner, stains appeared on my new-not-yet-paid-for loveseat. Sam came the next day - and FOUR additional times - to work on the stains until the job was completed. The upholstery looks like new! I cannot recommend him highly enough and will certainly refer him to friends!
Marvin was quick to answer the phone, easy to understand, and friendly to speak with. Although his service is based out of Hyattsville, MD, he reassured that they are over in Mt. Vernon area every week. The house needed deep cleaning of 1 bedroom, medium on another, deep cleaning of the kitchen and deep vacuuming and dusting of the whole split-level house. The two ladies arrived just a little late, no biggie. They brought their own supplies and equipment and worked hard for about 5 1/2 hours. The house never looked so good and I am waiting for an hourly bid on regular monthly service that I would like to buy for my Mom. I had to call him up to get the final amount to pay because he had estimated the part for vacuuming the baseboard heaters. When I called, he'd spoken with the cleaners who said they had to move furniture to get behind things and the whole job took longer than expected. He asked for 25% more than the highest range of his phone estimate, but we split that difference and I was happy for the fabulous job at a reasonable price.
I asked for a move out clean of my house. It was empty, except for a single piece of furniture and some bags in one room. The good: the place is clean. I had to point out that the laundry room should definitely be mopped and the utility sinks scrubbed out, but the house and refrigerator are very clean. Also, I was charged the agreed-on price. The bad: I have a small cape cod. Including basement, it is less than 1900 sq feet. I have cleaned the entire house myself, top to bottom in 4 hours (not including fridge). It took 2 people over five hours to clean the space. I was told that there was a lot of dust, but the cleaners were using a bristle broom, rather than microfiber, which makes it harder to clean wood floors efficiently. There were a few things like that, which I believe contributed to the length of time it took. Basically, if time is not of the essence, and you want a good clean, Mrs Green Clean Maids will do a good job.
I hired Jeff and his crew to clean and stain my two-level deck, as well as paint and re-attach my shutters. I purchased the stain and the cleaner, and Colwill Construction provided the rest. Everyone on the crew was extremely courteous, friendly and good to work with. Jeff and his team went out of their way to ensure the job was done well and kept me informed of the things they planned to do every step of the way. For example, the cleaner I had purchased wasn't strong enough, so they used industrial stuff to finish that process. While the project was slated for 5 days, it wound up raining and messing up the timeline, but Jeff and his team were very flexible and worked around the weather to make sure everything was done correctly and in a reasonable amount of time (the project went over by 2 days). I am very happy with the finished results. Couple of things I would've done differently in hindsight: 1. Move the trash cans and grill during the cleaning process -- Those items remained on the deck and so all the gunk that was removed from the deck was sprayed onto those items and they weren't cleaned off by the crew. Jeff volunteered to come back out and take care of it, but I was able to hose and scrub everything down. 2. Purchased the paint -- I had a little left over paint from the previous homeowner which wasn't enough to cover the doors. Jeff volunteered to purchase the paint for me, but unfortunately it wasn't a perfect match so now my shutters are a slightly different shade than my door. I should've purchased the paint myself so I could've tried to do a shade match at a store if the color was no longer available. Overall, this was a very good experience and I would definitely hire Jeff and his team again. I'm already looking at several other projects in the future and they'll be my first call.
The team was very knowledgeable. polite, and professional. They did not hesitate to communicate and educate me about my new condo before I move in. I can tell you when I open the door a fresh clean scent greeted me and my eyes met a team of workers cleaning and scrubbing my condo. I am very pleased. Paula also takes the time to talk and especially listen to your needs. They are a warm and friendly team. I am using them for my move out cleaning of my old place and will use them on weekly basis for my new condo. That is how much I am satisfied with their service, friendliness, and knowledge. Kenny was very prompt, he showed up earlier than when he told me, which was excellent. He did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets. He spot cleaned the girls' carpet since they insisted on decorating with paint and nail polish. There was also a couple pieces of gum hidden under a bed that he got right up. He was professional and courteous and if I wasn't moving to Florida I'd use him again.
Hurley cleaned my chimney today. He was professional and had a great attitude. I will hire Hurley for my future chimney work/needs. Furthermore, I recommend that you hire him also.
Dave arrived on time with a great attitude and got to work immediately. The result was clean windows inside and out at a fair price with no damage to window trimmings. Couldn't ask for better outcome.
Alvin was fantastic!! He gave me an immediate quote then went out of his way to find a time convenient for me. He was an excellent communicator and let me know when he was stuck in traffic. When he finished unclogging my kitchen drain he cleaned after himself. He didn't try to up-sell or nickel and dime me, I appreciate that. He did what he said he would for a fair price! The other ppl I called would not give me a quote by phone.... Well I won't give those ppl my business. Stick with the no non-sense option, Alvin is more pleasant anyways.
O&M has the best customer service. They were extremely responsive, very pleasant over the phone and via text, and communicated well with updates. We moved out of our townhouse and were looking for cleaners as we put the house on the market. O&M did an excellent job cleaning windows, bathrooms, appliances, and cabinet interiors. They missed a few spots, but overall did quality work. When I went over to the house to check things over once they were done, I noticed that the hardwood floors still looked foggy. I mentioned this to O&M with still the intention on paying them since the rest of their service was excellent. O&M took it upon themselves to offer to come back and redo the floors at no extra cost. I would definitely consider working with them again if the need arose.
Harold has done an excellent job helping us keep the house clean. As I am disabled, Harold has been able to do the many things I am unable to do. His hours are flexible and his rates are very reasonable. He's always in good cheer, does what is requested on him and goes beyond. His attention to details have definitely been noticed. In addition to cleaning, he has done a number of "jobs" around the house, like helping us unpack, putting together furniture, and hanging curtain rods to name a few. He's also very knowledgeable about his cleaning techniques and supplies keeping in mind the environment with any chemicals. He is punctual and personable. I highly recommend him. Rich was friendly, professional, and provided amazing service! He came to the house within a few hours of our inquiry to give an estimate. His estimate was affordable and included military discount which we always appreciate. Service was performed the next day! He removed stains from our carpets that other providers said were permanent. The carpets look brand new after Rich cleaned them, and previously we had tenants with cats living in the house! Outstanding work. As a bonus, he also cleaned the grout in the master shower which had stains from mold that we couldn't remove with regular household cleaners. We will definitely call him again in the future and refer to friends.
Very good experience. According to your size house, it's important to estimate if the 2 hours will be enough and if you don't want to go over and pay extra you should explain exactly what you want done ahead of time when you schedule. This is what I did and I feel it was a very fair price for two hours with two house cleaners. I liked their work and will continue with them on a regular basis!
