Having a therapist talk you through some of the most awful times in your life is one thing, but having a therapist who has lived it as well & is willing to share their own personal stories and how they’ve come through it is another! He’s down-to-earth, understands what you’re going through beyond having read about it & studied it. He’s the real deal and it shows! In just 4 sessions I’ve learned more than I have with any other therapist. His thought-provoking questions helped me have those “A-HA!” Moments, where he’s guiding me to understand more about myself without even knowing it. Before my sessions with Matt, I was anxious, stressed, and ready to throw in the towel! One month later, I’m able to regain control over my nervous system, go with the flow, and find the happiness that I hadn’t had in years.
