"Gary is an excellent trainer! He is very skilled, patient, and extremely accommodating with a great personality.
My dad was in town from abroad for about a month and a half and I wanted him to get good physical training so that he can lead a better and healthier lifestyle. Furthermore, his hamstrings were really tight and he needed some guidance in making them looser so he can better function daily, i.e. be able to tie his shoes etc...My dad also had several other health issues like asthma and irregular heartbeat which Gary was able to work around! Gary was great at replying to my request and following up continuously to arrange times to meet. Then finding us a deal at a gym for one a short period (which apparently is not an easy thing to do!), and being accommodating to our travel schedules.
Furthermore, my father was able to see a significant improvement in his physical fitness! He improved in all areas of fitness - cardio, strength, and more importantly for my dad, his flexibility. He is now able to tie his shoes with a lot less difficulty than prior to his training with Gary.
Lastly, Gary was happy to provide my dad with written exercise instructions to follow for when he went back abroad so he could stay on track!!
In summary, my dad and I were extremely happy with Gary's training skills, patience, and genuinely positive persona. I highly recommend Gary!!"
