Top Rated Water Pipe Professionals Around Ashburn, VA
Walt got back to me immediately and had his best technician, Christopher out in 90 minutes. Christopher explained everything to me and reassured me that I didn't have a gas leak in my water heater. And he looked at a few other projects I have to do in the coming year. Great service, super friendly and very professional. I will definitely use Eagle Home Improvements again!
James did excellent work replacing a gas hose and turning it into gorgeous black pipes under our water heater. He also helped diagnose what we thought was a clogged drain - it was just the sewage catch thingie. Thank you James!
Working with Salvation LLC was a wonderful experience. Ernesto and his team are outstanding. In fact, Ernesto found a creative solution to my HVAC/water heater issue that several other HVAC companies had not even considered. The finished installation was beyond my expectations; pre-installation preparation and post-installation cleanup could not have been better. I have had HVAC/water heater work done in the past but Salvation's work was superior to all of these other companies. The work was done at a reasonable price in a timely manner and Ernesto made sure that I understood all that would be involved in the installation. I highly recommend Salvation! I have already scheduled some additional HVAC work with Salvation and they will absolutely be my go-to HVAC company going forward :-)
Herbert and his colleague arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and did an outstanding job. They installed two fire alarms, a water filter and new shower head, re-caulked my bathtub, fixed my closet door, and hung some art. All in all, I am very happy with the quality of their work. They also nicely cleaned up after the job.
Nick's Plumbing replaced a hot water heater. My friend had to assist Nick in taking out the old hot water heater because of the pipe in the floor. If my friend was not there, not sure what would have been the next step. The one thing that I did not like and was not made aware of, Nick's Plumbing company does not haul away the old hot water heater. But overall experience, I would highly recommend Nick's Plumbing and, will re-hire if needed. I must say, the price was very reasonable, too! Thanks.
My highest recommendation to Jon Drew! He replied immediately to my inquiry (on a Sunday afternoon!), and was on his way within the hour. He investigated the problem thoroughly, explained what was needed to repair my serious kitchen drain problem, and then did immaculate and highly effective work to correct it. He even checked the entire pipe system and gave me invaluable information regarding maintenance and future repairs. All this for a ***VERY REASONABLE SERVICE COST***. I am extremely happy with his work, and found him to be both highly professional and quite personable to deal with. He has earned a loyal customer in me, and I will not hesitate to call him for all my home plumbing needs in the future. 5 STARS!!
Mr. Edwards repiped my water pipes in my two-story row home. He answered questions that I had with aplomb. His responses were easy for me to understand. He only knocked down parts of the wall that was necessary to reach and replace pipes. He was efficeint and effective in performing the work that he identified needed to be done. There were no surprises. Best of all, Edwards increased my water pressure threefold. I plan to refer him to my family and friends.
A pinhole leak developed in my hot water pipe. The section of pipe with the problem was wedged between an HVAC air vent and floor joists. Yovany was prompt (arrived at 2:05 PM to a 2:15 PM appointment). He and I went over a few options of repair and concluded that he would re-route the pipe under the HVAC vent. His work was clean, thorough and efficient. Once remedied he tested the pipe for leaks, then re-secured the pipe to the floor joists. I observed him at every stage and he was very helpful in my understanding of the entire process. All materials not used (about 3 ft. of pipe I kept). When I run into another plumbing problem in this aging house, I will most likely call Barahona Plumbing again. One word to other potential clients: his estimate was for labor only and did not include an estimate for materials.
Although the plumber charged me double on what we agreed, I was happy with the overall performance. The job turned out to be much bigger than it appeared initially. He had to cut the cardboard at 2 places, the pipe at 2 places and remove the dishwasher. Overall, for the amount of work and effort he invested, I got good value. I recommend this professional.
We hired Jose’s team to fix water leak on the ceiling and to repaint it. They are a team of professionals who have expertise in different home improvement areas. Very responsive and reponsible! Highly recommend!
Gabriel was very fast to help with a busted pipe. He gave a great price and completed the work in less than hour. I recommend him!
I have used Plumb Agent for water leaks and gas leaks. They are knowledgeable about solving the issue, prompt and friendly.
The Brothers Were Great!! They showed up on time, assessed the job, gathered what they needed to do the job, and completed the job very efficiently. They respected my home and left in the same condition it was in when they arrived. I had a gas leak coming from one of the pipes in the basement. The previous owner had the pipe routed through the top sill of two doorways and along the ceiling. Not very well thought out or eye-appealing to say the least. Hamaas, at my request, re-routed the new flex gas pipe over a party wall and into the laundry room, which looks 100% better. It should have been done that way from the start. No more eyesore. Pricing was very competitive, but I chose them because of their excellent reviews. I would definitely hire them again. Highly recommended!! Very Professional!!
The company moved my boiler pipes in the basement to make way for a new exterior door. The work was fast and professional. The price was higher than I expected, however, multiple companies simply refused to do the job, at any price. The company coordinated with my remodelers, which was a great help. Again, many other HVAC companies I approached for an estimate told me that they just didn't do remodeling jobs, only repair and service. Overall, I'm glad I found David and ComfortFactor and I will keep them in mind for my future HVAC needs.
Joe replaced my foyer in an old house and it held up very nicely. He was able to get it done within a day if i remember correctly. Unfortunately I dont have pictures but it looked like new! I had water damage from not having a storm door that caused half of the foyer to crumble. I would definitely request his service again!
Thank you Kelvin! Very knowledgeable, cordial and did great work. Was also very clean with the opening of our drywall to locate the pipe leak. Will definitely recommend you to my family and friends.
Brandon was professional and friendly. He did a great job replacing my faucet. I will be using his services in the future.
Months ago, I looked for someone to do a small painting project on Thumbtack. And I ended up with a brand new home. Christian, Jessica, Hector and the rest of the team at 5th Gen Group honestly do miracles. We own a 100+ year old row home in Washington DC and we've had problems ever since we moved in five years ago. After dealing with four different contractors that left me unsatisfied, I tried Thumbtack (at that time, new in the DC area). Christian came out to do an estimate and I was impressed by him from the get go - as a woman, I hate when contractors act like I'm stupid or uninformed. Christian never did that, and he answered all my questions respectfully and thoroughly and would defer to my wishes. We initially contracted for a gut remodel of our ancient kitchen and leaking bathroom. Christian's professional opinion was heavily appreciated as well as his vision - he instantly "got" the feel of a space and spent a lot of time listening to not only what we wanted, but how we would use the space and what we planned for the house in the future. Of course, the best laid plans always go awry - we knew our house had a few "handyman specials" but once Christian opened up the floor in the kitchen, we realized we were really in for it. Down there was a hidden mess of rotting wires, missing piping, garbage from the last renovations, and rotted-out beams. Overnight, our budget doubled. I personally wanted to die. But Christian calmly lead us through the process, helped us try to salvage our murdered budget, and focused on explaining the trade-off in home values. We ended up with an additional half bath downstairs (because really, what was another 5K at that point?), brand new kitchen (with a small bar!) a brand new stairwell and relocated laundry room, and a brand new bathroom with a shower (after 5 years of an ancient leaking cast iron tub). Christian isn't completely perfect - he's totally a perfectionist, and if you are one too, be prepared for some long conversations. There is an epic texting exchange over the bathroom tile that I may print out just to see how long it really was. But that's about the only thing. Also, for the other ladies on here- I always hate opening my home to someone because I have had bad experiences with contractors who were, at best, creepy. Christian and Hector were completely professional, and they really went the extra mile to make sure I always knew who would be in the house, when they would arrive, and how to reach both of them. Christian also has a lot of loyalty and integrity toward his clients - he is always fair, both in pricing and in the treatment of your home. He broke a small appliance - the only reason I knew was because he called me when he was purchasing an (upgraded) replacement on his own dime. All renovations are hard projects, long projects, and frequently frustrating. There was definitely a day when I wanted to kill Christian for sending me out to two different quarries in far out Virginia right around rush around. But when I stepped into my home for the first time, I couldn't stop smiling. And when we finally scrape together the budget for a third floor extension, I know exactly who I am calling.
I reached out to Mr. Jeff after receiving multiple quotes. He arrived at the location only to find an issue with the water flow. He came back 2 more times and there was still an issue with the water. On the last try he came out and completed the project which he informed took longer because the water the issue I thought was remedied still existed with that water pressure. With all this he did not charge anything extra. I am happy overall and would recommend or hire him again.
Fantastic quality of work, and thorough clean-up afterward. We had two hose bibs and water shut-offs replaced which required cutting through plaster. The wall repair is seamless.
Tim did a great job fixing a leaky pipe and patching up the wall. Highly recommend.
