We recently had a retirement party at my office and we hired Jason with LawrenceDJ to provide a photo booth for the festivities. We couldn't have been happier with this choice. Jason was a pleasure to do business with. He was able to work with our company on short notice. He helped us with updating our photo template so that it was exactly what we wanted. He was there to answer questions through email and texts. He took time out of his day on a day off to take my phone call and help us out. On the day of the rental, Jason showed up early to set up. He stayed a couple of extra minutes late to make sure any late-comers could still have their chance to have their photos taken. He provided real masks, hats, and props. He made sure that everyone who was in the pictures had their own photo strip to take with them. I was able to have him set up the booth in a conference room and leave him to run everything all day with absolutely no worries. We had a great time and I hope we get to do business with Jason in the future.
Thank you for making our party a success, all the kids loved it. The daffy duck was simply amazing. I highly recommend these skilled set of hands for any party that needs a balloon artist :).

Leanne agreed to cater my baby shower for 30 people less than 24 hours before the party. Her apple/brie phyllo cups and bacon wrapped shrimp were a hit! She was wonderful and I would definitely recommend her. I got so many compliments on the food (and best of all, I got to relax and enjoy the party)...
Aarrika planned a surprise 25th birthday party for me and it was the best birthday that a girl could ever asked for! Everything was so organized and well planned to perfection. There were photographers who captured the whole night and the photographers set up a private section for personal photos. There was also a dj, who played music to my liking, horderves, gifts, picture slideshow on a big screen Tv and party favors that were given out at the conclusion of the party. The most memorable thing of the night was having all my closest family and friends come to support me!
Let me just start out by saying this company is AMAZING!!!!!! I cannot even imagine what my wedding day would have been like if I didn't have her on hand. I hired Ms.K as a Day-Of wedding coordinator, so we really didn't work together too much until the day of. In that package, I got two meetings with her prior to my wedding. The meetings are utilized however you like, and whenever you like. I used my first meeting to get an opinion on a lot of things I was undecided about, such as how to address our parents on our invitations since my parents are divorced and my dad is remarried, etc, it was very complicated. She also gave me outstanding references for where to get invitations and also for my hair and makeup. The week of the wedding, she contacted all of my vendors and pulled together a timeline. Since I was extremely stressed out that week, I got very sick and could not get out of bed. Ms.K took over and coordinated all the last minute details for me- the trolley, the photographer, videographer, the DJ, etc. The DJ was something we were really worried about because he kept giving us a hard time about loading at our reception site. (Our reception was at the Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia). Ms.K handled him perfectly. The day of the wedding, a lot of things happened- I needed someone to pin on a piece of my crystal beaded sash onto my bouquet- that was K first task and she handled it with such ease, then my veil was too heavy for my hair, so it kept pulling my hair down and she kept re-pinning it for me, one of the buttons was sewn too loosely at the train of my dress so it became very difficult to bustle me, but she was able to pin it and then re-pin it later on in the night after my husband stepped on my dress, there was another wedding with a very similar sounding last name as ours who had a trolley at the same hotel as us, and there was a mixup with where our booze went, K was able to take care of that and contact the groomsmen to figure out what happened, got off the trolley and brought us a new case of beer. She was so wonderful and helpful, I couldn't of imagined a better wedding planner. My only wish was that I hired her as a full-time planner instead of a day-of coordinator because I moved to Paris two weeks after my honeymoon, so I was super stressed throughout the entire engagement. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Ms. K, she is the best planner out there.

I heard about thumbtack from a co worker. I am so glad I did. I threw a dinner party with 11 people but knew I needed help in the kitchen. Chelsey was there to help and did such a great job. She helped me put together a 3 course holiday menu, brought most of her own supplies and even stuck around for clean up and entertaining a bunch of old folks!
I have worked with Andrea to plan several events from a small intimate gathering to a large anniversary party. No matter what the event, she has amazing attention to detail and really works to make the event special and comes in on budget!
I had a chance to enjoy Frank's wonderful Italian pasta dish and salad. Both were outstanding. If you are planning any kind of gathering, wedding, or party I would highly recommend Frank's Catering. You will not be sorry and you will have your friends/family coming back for seconds.
I LOVE As You Wish. As a photographer I work with a ton of wedding planners. However As You Wish has been my favorite so far. Brennan goes above and beyond for every bride to make sure that they are not stressed out on their big day. She is very well organized and works well with all of the people involved in the wedding. Her keen eye for detail really shows with her decorations. As a photographer we love when planners/designers pay attention to every little detail. I hired the Heartland Mermaid for my company’s private party and she was a hit. On time, professional and enthusiastic, she added a lot to our “under the sea” theme. She quickly became a centerpiece for photo opportunities and we had many compliments on how fun she was to talk to. Our only regret was not hiring her for longer.
