- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before you start, you will look at a calendar together to see how many times you want to meet for the following month. This works best for you and your schedule. You decide how many sessions you want for the month and then it is added up. It's simple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with an overhead squat assessment. An overhead squat assessment allows me to gather information about a client’s functional status. This assessment helps to evaluate one’s dynamic flexibility, core strength, balance, and overall neuromuscular control. To develop a solid training program, an overhead squat assessment should be conducted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bob has been a certified personal trainer since 2004. In 2016 he started Vaughan Fitness, LLC which specializes in personal training, mindset coaching, corporate wellness, and speed and agility training. He has a bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance from Fort Hays State University. He is also a former collegiate wrestler at Labette Community College and at Fort Hays State University.
