The responsiveness and attention to our requests cannot be beat! We interviewed several service providers before selecting ANISK and the reason we chose them was two fold. 1) their attention to our requests to not use any chemicals but instead clean with environmentally friendly and healthy solutions to caustic cleaning products. 2) they gave us competitive pricing for weekly service even though we are asking them to go above the normal cleaning service by using chemical free solutions. We have weekly service scheduled and I am happy to tell anyone to do the same and count on this team to take the stress of a clean home away! Looking forward to many years of coming home to a clean house thanks to this couple!
I really appreciated her devotion to the task of organizing my closet that was in great need. I could tell she not only did work for the pay, but truly enjoyed seeing her results. She also enjoyed seeing how satisfied I was. She was punctual, professional, and her work was definitely worth the cost.
I called Rondah when another cleaning service couldn't make it. Thankfully she was able to help. I was moving out and had left the house looking like a war zone. Besides the mess, we had to leave many items we couldn't fit in our moving van. We had a deadline to be at the new house so when the cleaning company couldn't make it I was pretty desperate. I contacted Rondah on thumbtack and she agreed to help. She showed up when she said she would and as I was out of state, she contacted me to set up things and gave me an honest and accurate appraisal of what needed to be done. She worked alone and had to carry many items herself out to the curb, deep cleaned the entire house and washed the windows. I was moved out already but she sent me pictures and my real estate agent also checked out the house. The house was flawless and looked so good I thought briefly of moving back! There was a mix up with the bulk trash pickup so my items remained on the driveway. Rondah offered to return with her son to put those items in order so they could be hauled away. Rondah worked above and beyond what I had hired her to do and she did so with a competence and friendliness which immediately put me at ease. I can't recommend her enough for cleaning services. Anything else she does has to be as perfect as what she did for me. I strongly recommend this pro.
Although we have not utilized Cindy yet, we have hired her and she not only was prompt for are meet and greet, she was so sweet and kind and a pleasure to meet, out pup's seem to have taken to her right away and she was very attentive with them and our instructions regarding our pets and house sitting requests. I required help in looking over my old computer monitor as it had a number of issues: slow, glitchy screen etc. They went through every trouble shooting method known to mankind but the computer was just too far gone to save. However, and this is important they helped me look at what the options are and didn't just leave me hanging. To give you all some idea my computer was in the basement and it turned out most of the internal systems in the tower were fried BADLY. My point being that they were very professional and gracious even in the worst computer situations. I am VERY VERY satisfied with their service and will come to them again every time. Five stars all the way.
