Mr Jackson is the best provider of computer services that I have worked with. He is always on time and answers his phone when I call or calls back soon. He takes his job very seriously. My wife and I are not very computer savvy and Mr Jackson takes the time to ry to get us to understand.
My 4 year old MacBook's screen was going dark, intermittently at first, then so frequently that I couldn't use it. I took it to iResQ on a Thursday at 4 pm. The next day it was ready--it needed a new LCD display. Cost less than $200. I was very pleased with the fast and accurate service. I wanted to keep this computer working because it has a CD/DVD bay, which the new Mac laptops don't have.
Integral always provides great service! I have had their help to fix several laptops and they always communicated everything up front before the appointment, fixed the issue, and charged what they said they would charge! Great local business!
I've worked with Geoffrey for years. He has been nothing but excellent - from troubleshooting to building hardware, from remote support to recommending products. He has a vast knowledge of computers, programs and hardware. He has always gone above and beyond what was required to make sure everything ran smoothly on any device or program I had an issue with. In 2012 he helped pick out hardware for a new PC, assisted building it and has since provided support - even when I got a strange malware via an extension on my browser, I mentioned it and he quickly remoted onto my PC and removed the problem. Hes prompt and respectful, and the ONLY IT professional I recommend to my friends and family.
I had my PC on during a thunderstorm & the lightning had knocked out my computer. It had destroyed my hard drive, which had, among everything else, baby pictures & home video's of my daughters. We gave them up for lost because they were all taken with our digital camera & we had no back up's. Erik was able to get into our burnt out drive & extract several picture's & video's that were no destroyed when our drive had burnt out. Being at the time I was completely PC illiterate, he'd also informed me that there was a such thing as an external hard drive, lol. As sappy as it may sound, we were going through old pic's of my girl's here a while back & I was so please to find those old pics & especially the baby/toddler video's of my children, that we would have probably never recovered if Erik hadn't been able to do his magic with the burnt out drive. All & all, we haven't run into any PC/Mac issues over the year's, that Erik wasn't able to fix, or offer advice to easily correct the issue ourselves. I highly recommend him!!!
