Polly Smith of Necessary Catering is polite, professional, friendly, and most importantly and incredible chef!! I can personally recommend several of her dishes as my all time favorites including the shrimp and grits, lobster bisque, and seafood pie. James created a special diet just for me that has made a substantial and immediate impact on my body fat and weight. He also provides excellent accountability. We're tracking body fat and weight often so that I will reach my goals in 12 to 16 weeks, and he has encouraged me every step of the way. My only regret is that I didn't start training with James sooner!

Dhruv was a great personal trainer that really trailered to your every need. He made sure I had the necessary steps to achieving my goals such as using apps and a creating a simple meal plan. He made sure that I understood what I was working on and also made sure I was doing the exercise right which is what everyone should want in a trainer. With his help I lost over 20 pounds and he has given me the confidence that I never had before. Dhruv is very easy to work with and wants to see his clients succeed!
