- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is go through an interview process to assess your goals and determine a reasonable lenght of time in which to achieve them. Everyone is different so we will also assess body type, body fat %, nutrition habits and curent activity level. After that we will go over a suggested plan and build in milestones to check progress.

- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have experience training a variety of people from different backgrounds and different challenges. I am able to work with beginners to fitness, individuals with physical restrictions, individuals who are in shape looking to improve and elete level athletes. I have experience training team athletes, military recruits, and combat sports competitors.
