- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job I like to have at least 2 cleaners on the job to cut the time in half we have to spend on a job at a rate of 30 an hr. For every bedroom bathroom combo we average 1hr. So for your basic 2 bdrm 2ba we would estimate 2 hrs of work . So the estimate would be 120. We offer discounts for returning customers, referrals and reviews. We are blind quoting so a estimate could be over or under after seeing the job. We will discuss this with the customer before job is started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When gaining a new customer I like to speak with then through email or telephone and kind of get an idea of how many bedrooms how big any special things they want done so I can go ahead and put together a Qoute. I then set up a time to come out and actually view the property. the viewing of the property and meeting with the client only takes around 30 mins. We will make any final adjustments that need to be made and and go over the final estimate. Then if the customer is ready we schedule time. I can usually get in to complete the job as early as 24 hours after the veiwing of the property
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing cleaning with my mother fresh out of highschool in eastbourough as a way to make some extra income. Before we knew it we had insurance agents, buisnesses offices and homes and it was a flexible way to make a full time income .
