If you are looking for a place to grow and build your fitness level, simply maintain your level, or starting out as a beginner, this is the place in Wichita! In just a few short sessions with Kelsey Nachtigal, I have noticed an increase in core strength as well as endurance. I have been training for the Prairie Fire Marathon in October, and we have intense sessions in which resistance and endurance training are key. She makes the sessions fun even when you feel like giving up. As for the owner, Nathan Engels, he is a great motivator and runs a great gym. I will begin working with him after the race to build muscle mass and concentrate more on weighted lifting. A very clean and intimate place to workout with two of the best wellness coaches in the Wichita area. Nathan has a bachelor's degree in Human Performance and a master's degree in Aging Studies; Kelsey has a bachelor's degree and master's degree in Exercise Science. This is definitely not like the "typical" gym with "typical" trainers, which are very impersonal. These two really get to know you and specialize in workouts geared towards your body type, your activity levels, and your goals. I have been greatly impressed with Wellness League, and look forward to my continued progress, and am glad I have these two coaches along with me!

Miles' approach to helping me achieve my fitness goals has been absolutely amazing. My training session are hard work but a lot of fun and I am seeing results in all the areas I told him I wanted to improve and strengthen. Miles is incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions I've had. He also created a meal plan for me so I can stay on target without having to put much thought into my diet and he has always worked with my busy schedule to make sure I'm able to get in my workouts and continue making progress in improving my health. If you're looking to successfully achieve your fitness goals I highly recommend Miles and his entire team at Forge Fitness. They know what they are doing and they make sweating a blast!
My first experience with Kacey's training was when she trained my 101 year old Father. She would come to his home & help him with what we would consider simple exercises, but for him were vital to him being able to move comfortably and keep his mind active. Her professional & caring manner were appreciated not only by him, but my sisters & me as well. Later I started taking Pilates w/Kacey, and after a year decided I wanted personal training as well. It has been fantastic. Kacey is very conscientious about not pushing me beyond my limits after having had knee & back surgeries. But at the same time encourages me to push myself, knowing more than I what I am capable of doing, and she is always right. I constantly surprise myself with my strength and agility, and see the results of my hard work and her knowledge in my body. I can't say enough what a wonderful trainer & person Kacey is, and I would recommend her highly to anyone, and do.

Amy has been my yoga and fitness instructor for the past couple years. It is easy to see her passion for yoga and fitness. She is very knowledgeable with anatomy and providing tips for correct alignment. For yoga, she is good at sequencing and building strength and flexibility. She guides you to breathe slowly through the sun salutations. She breaks down each pose and offers modifications that allow for safe and correct alignment. For fitness, Amy is a good motivator. She pushes you to your limits and you will see results! She switches up the workouts and progresses them to keep challenging your body. She's positively fun to workout with!
I didn't know what to expect when I first showed up to a boot camp that was led by Yusef. I enjoyed the camp so much that I decided to do personal training with him. I have lost 45lbs, lost lots of inches, and gained muscled in 8 months with his help and guidance. I recommend Yusef to anyone who is interest in getting fit, being healthy, and losing weight.
Julia has been an outstanding trainer for me the girl who has not worked out in 20 years due to a spine injury. When I was cleared to start working out 7 months after my spinal fusion Julia tailor made a work out specific for my needs. I really have been amazed at how far I have come in 7 months and am so happy that Julia has helped me move towards my goal of just getting my life back! She always builds me up and never lets me give up on my self! She always keeps me on my toes by never having a boring workout and pushes me just that little extra when I need a little motivation. I really love working with Julia and cried the day that I could actually lift both of the 25lb weights while working out after not being able to even lift 5lbs when we first started 7 months ago. Edgar does a great job of inspiring you to work harder than you thought you could. He does it in a fun way that changes daily. We never do the same routine twice. The group atmosphere is very motivating and encouraging.
