He will work with what you have at your home and come up with unique ways to work all the areas you need. He's also very understanding of various limitations you may need to work around. Ashley's positive and professional attitude is motivating. In the consultation appointment she does a few tests to figure out your skill level so she knows where to start, but believe me she will encourage you to step out of your comfort zone. If you're working on a certain area of your body just let her know and she will give you the best workout for that. She has a private gym in an ideal location but is also happy to train outdoors which is great! I highly recommend Ashley for anyone looking for a fun, encouraging personal trainer.
I have been training with OpFitness for almost 5 years. I can’t imagine being anywhere else. Their new facility is incredible and the trainers are so knowledgeable. I’m currently working with Jay who is not only helping me tone, through one in one workouts. But he works with me on my diet and is improving my static nerve issues through working on different stabilizer muscles.

Killer spin teacher...keeps it lively with fun music, themed for the holidays, especially St. Pats Day! As a personal trainer she is exceptional. Humors you into doing all sorts of impossible things. Is very knowledgeable about muscles and very aware of when to push and when to let up. She Is great.
