I would highly recommend Joe as a Personal Trainer; It's only due to a move out of state that I stopped utilizing Joe as my Trainer. If you are serious about your fitness goals Joe can get you to reach them. Joe was my Personal Trainer from 2008-2011. He was always flexible, understanding, and motivating through his time. Joe put together an impressive work out regime which tapped into my abilities garnered from past training as a gymnast and swimmer. In addition, he added creative workouts including boxing and rowing. I loved that the majority of my workouts involved utilizing my own body weight rather than using heavy weights. He also worked with me on tracking my caloric intake and kept me accountable to my weekly goals. Over the course of the first year working together I lost 15 pounds and gained substantial lean muscle. One of Joe's greatest strengths is his creativity and his ability to motivate you to do "one more.
I can't help to think back from time to time about my life before I had personal trainer. I was an average size woman that could not run a quarter of a mile or do a single pull-up. I tried 3 personal trainers before I was interoduced to Kyle Blandford. Since I had not had any luck with the 3 previous trainers I wasn't holding out much hope for this new guy. I am proud to say after are very first session I tossed out any preconceived notion's I had about personal trainers. I explained to Kyle verious goals I had and gave him a very accurate picture of the kind of shape I was in. Kyle never let me feel that my goals weren't obtainable even if I shared my own doubts out loud during training. In the weeks and months to come I would begin to see just how good of a trainer Kyle was. Not only had I lost weight I was the strongest I had ever been in my life. In November of 2016 I ran my first 1/2 marathon. I can honestly say this would have never happened without the knowledge, encouragement, dedication and personal training from Kyle Blandford. I had just gotten engaged when I decided it was time for a change. I was terrified that I would be disappointed in my wedding photos, and in my dress shopping experience, so I knew I needed to try something different. I had attempted to loose weight before, and was successful to a point. However, I would get tired of the same routine, bland foods, and made up every excuse my hectic schedule would allow, to skip my workout or get fast food. Before I knew it, any weight I had lost, I gained back and then some. I felt like I had no clue what to do to successfully loose weight, and felt like I needed some help to get started in the right direction. I had always been really intimidated by the idea of personal trainer or fitness classes. I thought I would be way more out of shape than anyone else in the class or feel uncomfortable with one on one attention. However, that shiny new ring on my finger gave me that extra incentive to step out of my comfort zone and look for a personal trainer. I really had no clue where to start. I made a request on Thumbtack and spoke with several trainers just to see if personal training would even be a good fit for me. After meeting Josh the decision was easy. He made me feel comfortable with things I was nervous about, such as creating a meal plan I could stick to, even though I'm a very picky eater, and assured me my goals for my body were achievable. I was still extremely nervous to start my workouts, but Josh made me feel much better from the start. I've been working with Josh for over 5 months now and though I still have a long way to go, I've achieved more than I ever realized I could. When I started working out consistently I expected to loose some weight. However, I didn't expect to become stronger, leaner, have a happier attitude, more energy, more confident, and a better understanding of nutrition any my own body. I've learned so much from Josh! My entire mindset has refocused. I'm no longer only doing this for a dress, or pretty wedding photos. I'm doing this to better my entire life and thanks to Josh, so far so good :) I'm starting to see more and more improvement from myself and it feels great. I'm so happy that I made the decision to seek out a personal trainer but even more happy that I chose Reed's Wellness and Fitness Training specifically. Finding Derrick was a gift!! I searched for several months to find a personal trainer for myself and my 12 year old son. Derrick does an amazing job at challenging both of us while also making it fun at the same time! He has a passion for fitness that is apparent during our training sessions. I count my lucky stars that we are able to train with him!
John is really great to work with, and all of the trainers at 650 Fitness are professional and fun to work out with. I'm glad I chose 650 Fitness because I look forward to each session. I feel like I'm making great progress!
Abbie is an excellent trainer and one of the best around! Abbie trained and educated me on weightlifting over a four year period of time. She rocks first because she lives what she teaches. Second, Abbie assesses the clients desired goals and constructs a plan of action in partnership with her expertise. Abbie has been a figure competitor herself and placed well in 7 competitions. I highly recommend her to take a current or hopeful competitor to take your fitness level to an even higher level. Abbie trained me to the stage for my first and only competition and I deeply appreciate all that she did for me! In addition, I have observed her training individuals with a wide variety of goals and her knowledge base and experience can service a wide range. Third, Abbie is very easy to be with! She has the people skills to interact with many different personality types, professionals, and non-professionals. Her desires to elevate the client to achieve their goals is obvious and she believes in her client until they reach them.
Working and going to school full time does not leave much time or energy to workout. I need my workouts to be enjoyable and take no more than a reasonable amount of time while still accomplishing my goals. I do not have the time or desire to think about what to do in the gym or what muscles to work out on what day and that is where Eric comes in. I do enjoy working out and Eric is able to come up with fun programs that keep me interested. I have done cardio on my own for years but Eric has helped me incorporate strength training as well allowing me to tone my entire body, something I was not getting with cardio alone. I have gained so much knowledge from Eric that when I am not in the gym I can still use all of the knowledge to get a great workout in by doing the motions and exercises Eric has taught me. I feel that having a trainer is not a short-term commitment where you reach your goals and stop but a long time relationship with health and fitness where you gain knowledge that can be used for years. Erics upbeat personality is the perfect match to keep you motivated and moving! I appreciate everything Eric has taught me about physical fitness and nutrition. I recommend him to anyone looking to develop, improve or maintain a physically fit lifestyle!
Yes it is wonderful having a personal trainer come to your home, but that's just the beginning. Tania is professional, respectful, kind, and warm. She creates workouts that meet your needs and also don't make you too sore. I haven't had a personal trainer do that before. She is in tune with me and knows when to push and when to back off. She's the best personal trainer I've known. I've worked with 4 others over the years.

Jessica is so great at what she does! I was very hesitant to start working with a personal trainer being that I never have before and really have never lifted weights other than machines at large gyms like Planet fitness sometimes. I’ve progressed more with her in the last couple months than I ever have. I feel great and look forward to my sessions with her each week. She offers so much more than just an hour session. She’s helped with my diet and my work outs outside of the personal training sessions as well. She will adapt to your needs and comfort level but still push and encourage you when you need it. So glad I decided to give her a shot!
Met with Brian for our initial introduction, very professional instructor / trainer... Had a great session and arranged for further training. The location is easy access and has everything needed for intense workouts. Brian is the type that will motivate you and push you for maximum results. I started working with Chris with a program called Metabolic Kickstart. He is a very knowledgeable personal trainer. He not only works with you in the gym but he helps you with nutrition.
She's amazing!! My high metabolism makes it hard for me to gain weight. When I told Katie this, she immediately put me on a nutrition and workout plan. This plan got me from 186 lbs to 201 lbs in two months, that's 15 pounds of muscle! To make sure the weight I was gaining was muscle, Katie carefully measured my body fat every week. She's great with inspiration and articulates her workouts so everything's easily understood. I've had many personal trainers being a collegiate athlete and I've never had anyone as good as her.

Tom is a great personal trainer. He keeps things fun and varied. I worked with him for over one year, and learned a lot about functional fitness, kettle bells, and self defense. As a female, I felt safe and respected by him, which is not something I can say about other male trainers. Whether you are a beginner who doesn't know where to start, or someone with experience who wants to take things further, I would highly recommend him.

Jeff's personal training has transformed me into the shape I was in during my late 20's. He has adjusted the exercises and intensity as my body has progressed through the time I have been working with him. He is an excellent trainer and an even greater person.
