Latest Review: GIna has been my trainer since July of 2014. I started as an out-of-shape new mother that needed a serious confidence boost. I found Gina at the gym that my husband goes to, and started her Boot Camp clases. She did a physical fitness test the first class, then did one two months later to asses my gains. I had lost weight, by BMI had gone down, my cardio was much better, and I excelled in all areas tested including pushups, jump rope, wall sit and plank time. She was so motivational and supportive, walking me through every technique and explaining the benefits of every exercise. I also hired her for personal training to help me with strength and weight lifting. I saw immediate gains in strength and weight loss. She is so knowledgeable about the body and all aspects of physical fitness. She helped me with my food journal, helping me eat healthier and meeting caloric goals. When I had a question I felt I could contact her any time to discuss concerns. I still attend Boot Camp classes twice per week. I love going and look forward to it more every time. Gina is definitely one of the best, I recommend her classes and personal training program to all my friends and family!
