My husband and I are having a very good experience at Arthur Murry Dance Studio.
Our dance instructor, Catherine, is quite personable and attentive to our needs. Because of her gentle and kind approach, we have fun learning together and don't feel intimidated although we are beginners. We laugh together too. We observe that other folks there whom we come in contact, whether employees or students, are friendly and respectful too.
Our instructor is a super teacher. She is flexible and mindful of our own personal interests -music selections and types of dances. She also encourages us highly with positive feedback. That keeps us moving.
We have attended three classes so far. Each class is progressively enthusiastic and intriguing. We look forward to attending our next class. We always learn something new.
Lastly, the owner, Lisle, is very friendly and inviting. He showed his sincere appreciation to us on our first visit by giving us some free classes. He's very businesslike yet funny. We had fun talking with him.
My husband and I are getting everything that we dreamed about when we explored dancing as a shared activity - exercise, fun, meeting new people and spending valuable time together as a couple. We plan on taking advantage of some of the other activities that the studio offers, such as couples' classes and Friday evening dance parties. My husband and I are totally ready now because we purchased our first pair of dance shoes a few days ago. Can't wait to practice in our new shoes.

First lesson was a blast. Loved the environment, and everyone was super friendly. My instructor was able to make me feel at home, was super fun to talk to and answered all my questions. Going back for weekly lessons!
