- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our approach is this: We will make money, but we don’t have to make all of it on one roof. We start at $4.25/square foot. This is modified based on pitch and height and similar factors. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation and visual inspection. We use aerial imaging and artificial intelligence to determine the size and material needs for the roof. If insurance is involved, we coordinate with the adjuster and take all the work off the shoulders of our clients. We educate our client on the claims process. We schedule the work and keep communication high. We do a final inspection to make sure the property is clean of debris and the client is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have multiple certifications, licenses and even have a pilots license to fly our drones.
