- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stick as close to industry standards as possible. I’m aware that unforeseen issues can arise. With that said, I personally take the approach that the customer should be happy with what they pay for. As for discounts, I offer 10% off to all veterans, active duty military, and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During initial contact I try to get as many details as possible. Including a clear understanding of the expectations for both the customer and provider. After that we move into scheduling, materials, and overall price. On the day of the project I like to touch base on everything previously discussed. Once the project is completed I like to make sure that all expectations have been met. Once that’s all settled it’s onto final payment and invoicing. Signed, sealed, and completed. Another job well done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The experience of working hand in hand with some of the most talented guys in the industry has provided more on the job training than I could’ve received anywhere else.
