- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our packages with prices are on our website. All of our prices are per person. (In-Home Personal Services are Per Person, plus the cost of groceries.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we take an initial 15-minute Hospitality Consultation. Then our potential clients choose from our seasonal menu or create a personalized, tailored menu just for your event. Then if everything works out for both of us after we go over expectations and budgets and you feel like moving forward, my clients put down their deposit to save their event date. (We Recommend you pay our deposit as soon as possible if your date is available since our schedule fills fast.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my culinary journey in vocational culinary school with I was in the 11th & 12th grade at Prosser school of technology in New Albany IN. Then I had a brief stint at Sullivan University in Louisville Kentucky, I continued working my way up the latter, Via the school of hard knocks by working in some of the best kitchens in the Louisville Market.
