Let's start with a conversation about what kind of service you're looking for. I'd love to know what type of food you're interested in, how many guests, and where we'll be entertaining. Next I can write a menu for you and we'll refine any details. Finally, you can relax and enjoy as I'll handle all things culinary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've trained for over 25 years under Michelin Starred and James Beard Award winning Chefs in Louisville, New York, Philadelphia, Nashville, and Portland (Oregon). I've honed my skills in several different cuisines and service styles. I've also worked on several small farms in Oregon & Kentucky gaining a deep understanding and respect for small artisan growers and producers. I look forward to sharing these gifts with you and your loved ones.
