Brad was excellent in getting me started at Everyday Athletes. He is welcoming, kind and very helpful. I currently train with Matt and couldn't be happier. Matt is knowledgeable and positive and flexible with his schedule. Everyday Athletes facility is well equipped and has a great atmosphere. Over the last year the coaches at Everyday Athletes have helped me prepare for and recover from total shoulder replacement surgery. Brad Longazel and Brian Figg have been instrumental in my successful recovery. As I progress in physical conditioning and strengh training I will continue to rely on the team at Everyday Athletes. I started training with Brad in May of 2013. Originally an Urban Active personal training client, I found myself tired from a strenuous career, Masters degree program, and in need of a change. EA Fitness has provided me a home away from home. The people there are family to me. Physically, emotionally, and psychologically, this place has transformed my life and how I feel about myself. After spending my whole young life as a competitive athlete, Brad has helped me become stronger than ever---255lb deadlift reps! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We do all of our programs month to month. There are no contracts we want our results to keep you coming back not a piece of paper.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start off with an initial orientation to learn more about your training goals and history. Once we understand your past we setup a training program that achieves your goals and improves all aspects of your fitness. Strength, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness are all structured into in and every program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our training staff have college degrees in the field of health and fitness. Also we only accept the highest standards for personal training certifications. Our staff keep up to date on the latest training methods with required continuing education on a monthly basis. We are proud to have the most education and dedicated training staff in Louisville.
