I start all new clients out by assessing their cardio endurance, push pull, and core. all clients will start out the first three weeks of core circuits training so I can establish a good base for building strength..

I used to be very obese and I've lost 77lbs but I fell in love with fitness and how truly happy being healthy feels.

I've worked with clients with athletic, elderly, teen, and middle age groups ranging from healthy, overweight/obese, fit, arthritis, and heart conditions.
