Words can’t even express how stunned and thrilled we are with Kevin of Unisource Roofing! My mom had been trying to get her soffit and fascia fixed for three years, and every person she talked to said they’d help fix it, and then mysteriously vanished. However, Kevin was amazing from the beginning. He was friendly, prompt, professional, and showed up when he said he would. From the moment we contacted him we were in great hands, and a job that had taken my mom years to get started, under Kevin’s watch, was done in days. Kevin was so good natured, knowledgable, easy to talk to, and professional throughout the whole process. Such a joy to work with all the way around. He’s the kind of person you hope for when you first call a place. He was brave and dependable. He turned an eyesore into something lovely, and turned a situation that felt hopeless into one of joy and relief. He’s our hero. In short, he worked miracles! What can I say, Kevin came out Monday and looked at my roof on my shed. They don't come as professional as he. He was punctual, pretty cool, knowledgeable, and friendly. On Wednesday morning, the roofer came out and he was just as friendly, polite, knowledgeable, pretty cool, and hard working. He got the job done quick! Overall, I am really pleased with the outcome of the roof. The pictures don't lie. Now the shed is in like new condition. If you're wanting quality work, knowledgeable guys, who are punctual, hard working, respomds quickly, out does themselves, get in touch with these guys at Unisource and you won't be disappointed.

I was able to get my leak fixed on my roof by another company on the spot…BUT…I do appreciate the quick response from Kevin and his fair pricing. Even though there wasn’t any work done by his company, I am sure to reference them to others due to his professionalism and quick response to my issues.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very job dependent - difficult to give exact bid without physically seeing the property. Discounts will be given to those who find us through Thumbtack.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We setup a time for one of our inspectors to come out and inspect their roof (homeowner is not required to be present) - a follow up meeting (either in-person or virtual) will then be set to present findings and recommendations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Unisource Roofing has a full presentation that can be utilized to show the customer how we perform from start to finish, with in depth detail on the different roofing components - if desired, we will have some examples of the different physical components to show the benefits/pitfalls of using each. We strive to always offer our customers different options - Best/Better/Good!
