- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very job dependent - difficult to give exact bid without physically seeing the property. Discounts will be given to those who find us through Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We setup a time for one of our inspectors to come out and inspect their roof (homeowner is not required to be present) - a follow up meeting (either in-person or virtual) will then be set to present findings and recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Unisource Roofing has a full presentation that can be utilized to show the customer how we perform from start to finish, with in depth detail on the different roofing components - if desired, we will have some examples of the different physical components to show the benefits/pitfalls of using each. We strive to always offer our customers different options - Best/Better/Good!
