Hinson says, "I'm fairly savvy when it comes to things technical: email settings, cPanel mysteries for my website and business email, etc. But something happened to my email that told me I was in over my head and someone told me about Jeff at Z-Jak.I brought my laptop to Jeff at his office and found him to not only be extremely competent but patient as well. (I get kinda squirrely when I get in these kinds of situations and need his calming presence.) Most techs want to physically take over the keyboard but not Jeff. He took the extra time it takes to verbally guide me through all the choices and clicks.In short, Jeff sorted out the problem with me doing the hands-on part. In the process I was also able to understand what I had gotten wrong."See more
