Shaun M. says, "I recently had a clogged drain in my kitchen that ended up stopping up my tub with an awful black/brown water at the same time. Brainer let me know that they would be out between 3 and 6 (same day!) but Jameson actually got there around 12:30/1. He quickly diagnosed the problem, snaked the drain in my tub, and was finished up working in about 30-45minutes. Super fast, super reliable. He was a really nice guy and answered all my questions, even though they were really elementary, and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking. Also, Jeanie was the nicest customer service rep. I called even after I had inquired on Thumbtack on a Sunday. Admittedly, I was being a bit impatient—not with the company, just because panic set in. (this was my first time having a plumbing issue as a first time homeowner). She calmed my fears and was so nice about getting me an appointment set up. I would highly recommend Brainer!"See more

He went through my apartment thoroughly, not only testing for places for mold but also found water leakages I didn’t know existed. His report was thorough, extensive. He was extremely knowledgeable, took his time. I was very pleased and look forward to the results from the Petrie dish samples hoping to know just what kind of mold I’m dealing with since it’s already affecting my health enough I had to leave the apartment. I would highly recommend Gray Restoration to anyone needing the services they offer! You’ll be glad you contacted them!!"See more
