From the onset, you can tell that Don takes his craft very seriously but also is a very honest businessman who truly cares about the overall experience of his customers. He was prompt in setting up our initial meeting to assess our needs and help us come up with a plan for meeting our goals. One of the most impressionable moments early on was how he informed US on different ways that WE could save money on our project! Although we ultimately just allowed him to do the entire project we appreciated him sharing his expertise in this way even if the opposite would have put more money in his pocket. From there on out his professionalism shined. He met up with us and helped us pick out our tile and materials. He helped us match grouts and make decisions on other materials. Mind you he was doing all of this while our children were running around! He never lost his patience. He even spent a few moments engaging my son in discussions about his toys. From there he and Tim got to work. They talked us through the projected timeline of work and proceeded to dig in. They kept their schedule as best they could but inevitably problems arose. However, to my relief, not only did they have sound responses to these challenges but they always made sure to inform us of those changes and provide us with options as they made the adjustments. They made every cut and didn’t waist a lot of materials. They not only managed to do a great job but also complete two bathrooms within a week! Furthermore, on a more personal note, I really appreciated the fact that my family and I felt safe with them coming into our house even on the days when I needed to be at work.
