Peyton was extremely responsive. He got back to me within 10 minutes of reaching out to him. We needed a new hot water heater and he was super transparent with his advice, not pushy at all and overall very knowledgeable. He made sure we made the right decision for both our homes needs and our budget. He kept me posted on his arrival status/time. He picked up, installed and removed.
